AI agents in production had no enforcement layer. Plenty of monitoring. Plenty of guardrails. Nothing that actually enforced. So we built one.
Team
CTO & Co-Founder
Infrastructure engineer focused on systems that enforce correctness at the network layer. Designed Altrace's proxy architecture, decision chain, and authority attenuation model from first principles after observing AI agents exceed their intended authority in production systems.
LinkedInCEO & Co-Founder
Enterprise GTM and customer development. Leads customer discovery, enterprise relationships, and go-to-market strategy at Altrace. Focused on understanding how enterprises are deploying autonomous agents and where governance gaps create real business risk.
LinkedInOur Belief
The question isn't whether to deploy them — it's whether you can govern them when something goes wrong. When an agent exceeds its budget. When a delegation chain escalates authority. When a compliance audit asks what happened at 2:23 PM on a Tuesday.
We believe the governance layer for autonomous agents must be infrastructure, not instructions. It must be enforced at a layer agents cannot control. And it must produce records that auditors can verify. That's what we're building.
